Pros and cons of MakeupAlley app for iPhone and iPad

Great app! When Im in a store and look at make up or moisturizers I pull out my phone and search for the product on the app and I immediately know if its worth buying or not. The new write a review feature is great! I can from now on write reviews on the go. Thanks MUA!

This app makes accessing reviews much easier than the website! Great idea!

I always use to go online and look for makeup and product reviews that I wanted and now its all on an app!! You need to get this if you like looking up reviews before buying things !!

This is a great tool for reviews on the go, especially if you are frugal like me, and dont want to end up wasting your money on a product that is only good for advertising. A lot of people give their opinions on products that helps me make my final decision on a product!

Not as good as the website but for checking reviews quickly while you are in a store it is awesome. It has saved me from spending money on mediocre products. If you are torn between two things in a shop pull this bad boy out and check out the ratings for both. Makes it an easy choice and cuts down on buyer remorse. It is a necessity for me.

I LOVE the site and having this app on my phone was an absolute must! This app is great because it always features natural products! The only thing that they need to improve are the pictures ( some of the products have great reviews but no pictures!) An occasional update would be nice! Other than that, its great!

Some bad moments

Aww too bad! I was looking forward to a good app. Ultra limited search capabilities. Also in order to read a full review by an individual you have to click on it and it takes you to a different page. Just not functional for the average mua user.

Yeah, I dont think this app is finished yet. Im eagerly waiting for updates.

Please update this... If you made it a really good app with all the same options that are available on the MUA site, Id pay for it... Rather than having a crappy, largely useless free app :(

Definitely needs a few updates and fixes. Cant even find a product without spelling it out first. There is nothing that resembles the picture either.

It would be awesome if it had the functionality of the message board review section.

difficult to find products, difficult to use. honestly the 2 things that should be easy and straightforward but theyre not. :( 98% of the time id rather use the browser on my phone but there is always a big advertisement for the app
